Roasted Tomato Salsa - $10

 

This is Carmen's signature roasted tomato salsa.  

 

Ingredients: tomatoes, cilantro, onion, garlic,  jalapeño chiles and salt.

 

Use with chips, eggs, steak, tacos, mashed potatoes, quesadillas and fish.   

 

This salsa is fresh!  Please keep refrigerated. Use quickly  to experience the best flavors and aromas.

Tomatillo Salsa - $10

 

This green Oaxacan style roasted-tomatillo salsa is a culinary delight.

 

Ingredients: tomatillos, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño chiles, chipotles chiles, dried Oaxacan avocado leaves and salt.

 

This salsa is fresh!  Please keep refrigerated. Use quickly to experience the best flavors and aromas.

Sonoran Red Molé - $13

 

This is a simple red molé - or molé coloradito Sonoran style!  This gluten-free sauce is often used for delicious homemade enchiladas.

 

Ingredients: guajillo chiles, onion, garlic and Olive oil 

 

Best if diluted with chicken stock to your desired consistency. Great for stews, nopalitos, pozole sauce or making tamales.

 

This molé is fresh!  Please keep frozen

Oaxacan Molé - $18

 

Complex molés use several nuts and seeds at once, combining pre-Columbian dried peppers and chocolate with an elaborate array of old-world spices.  This molé is gluten free, vegan and uses no added sugars.

 

Ingredients: tomatillos, tomatoes, onion, garlic, mulato chiles, pasilla chiles, ancho chiles, chipotle chiles, plantains, almonds, pecans, peanuts, raisins, pumpkin seeds, anise seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, marjoram, thyme, oregano, avocado leaves, allspice, cloves, cinnamon, cacao nibs, salt and olive oil.

 

Best if diluted with ~1/2 cup of chicken stock to your desired consistency.  Use with your favorite meat.

 

This molé is fresh!  Please keep frozen 

Pepian Molé Verde - $15

 

This vibrant-green mole verde is made using fresh peppers including poblanos thickened with freshly roasted pumpkin seeds.

 

Ingredients:  tomatillos, pumpkin seeds, cilantro, jalapeño chiles, serranos chiles, poblanos, onion, garlic, and salt.

Sold frozen.   Make with chicken or with Enchiladas or just with roasted vegetables.  Best if diluted with ~1/2 cup of chicken stock to your desired consistency.  Use with your favorite meat.
