Our Sustainable Practices
Sustainable Agriculture: We are committed to sourcing our fresh produce from local organic farms. We are currently making direct relationships with our growers and suppliers to bring top-grade ingredients.
Eco-friendly packaging: We package our salsas and molés in glass jars, one jar at a time. Jars are the best containers for storing food since glass is non-absorbent and protects flavor. Our glass jars are freezable, dishwasher safe, BPA free, recyclable and durable. Please return the jars for 25 cents credit per jar on your next order!
Composting: We produce about 1 wt oz of compost per jar. We are committed to lowering our waste and composting.
