Oaxacan Molé with Chicken
Ingredients:
8 oz Oaxacan molé
1 pound of cooked chicken or meat of your choice
1/2 cup chicken stock
Directions:
Prepare the Oaxacan molé. In a saucepan, add the molé sauce and ½ cup of chicken stock, bring to boil and lower the heat. Add the chicken pieces and simmer for 2-3 min. Serve the chicken Oaxacan molé with Mexican rice or salad. Serves 4 adults.
