Carmen's Roasted Tomato Salsa!

Dear Friends of Carmen's Salsa,

Did you know that the Roasted tomato salsa was the catalyst for the Carmen's salsa journey? This is our Signature salsa. Each batch is slightly different-- depending on the current (high quality) produce and of course, the variability of handmade is also added!

In this special batch I am using half Rocky Mountain Fresh Manzano-roma tomatoes and Honeacre beefsteak tomatoes along with roasted banana and anaheim peppers. The final product is not too pasty nor too watery! Both Rocky Mountain Fresh and Honeyacre are local Boulder County Farmers market vendors and farmers!
